About Hazel Oak Telecom...

David Blackmore has worked in the telecom business since 1968. He escaped from BT in 1995, when he set up Hazel Oak Telecom and became a self-employed telephone engineer. Realising there were opportunities within the security market he established Island Security Systems in 1996. He works from home in West Mersea near Colchester, Essex.
